To test how well my cardiovascular endurance has improved in the duration of the five week fitness plan i had done a km run test before the plan and after. The test was to run a km without stopping and after it was done to track my time and my heart rate. Here are the results for the pre plan test and after the five weeks of fitness:
Pre-Plan:
Time: 10 minutes
Heart Rate: 195BPM
After Five Weeks:
Time: 10 minutes
Heart Rate: 180BPM
As you can see my time did not change but the change in my heart rate was fairly significant, i had improved vastly with my ability to be able to endure the run longer and even be able to push myself harder!
