Fitness Testing
I tested my fitness by doing a mile endurance run. During this test you are required to run a mile at a pace you are comfortable with and can continue in. The mile which in my case was from my home to a local elementary school. After I had completed this using my stopwatch I tracked my time which was roughly 10 minutes and my heart rate which was 196BPM. After 5 weeks on my fitness plan I had done the same test. The time was about the same, just a bit less but the heart rate had changed instead of having 196BPM like the first testing I had 178BPM. A really productive result.
