Serratus Anterior	ribs	scapula	Bring arm straight up and over head.
Intercostal Muscles	superior/interior border of ribs	interior/superior border of ribs	Breathing in and out.
Rectus Abdominus	pubic crest	ribs 5-7; xiphoid muscle	Pulls the ribs and the pelvis in and curves the back.
Illiopsoas	lumber spine	femur	Lift leg straight up.
